In recent years we have conducted strategic needs analysis for organisations and business sectors. Our skills at re-framing and providing clear, concise pathways that allows strategy influence action creates change and added value.
In 2009 we led strategic reviews for Bolton Council and a joint review of physical activity plans on behalf of Salford Primary Care Trust and Salford City Council.
