Since 2007 MISPA has delivered a range of leadership training in different geographical communities. To date nearly 200 people have completed the course; one third of these people have been volunteers.
 

Participants have ranged from new leaders to retired Trustees to experienced Chief Officers. The blend of experience, age, responsibility and perspectives add to the experiential nature of the course. Participants find that the programme establishes networks of contacts with complementary skills, knowledge and expertise that proves fruitful long after the programmes finish.

 

At the end of courses we present a certificate of achievement and personal memento to each participants - we now have more than 150 alumni from the programme. Listed below are the organisations and groups that have benefited from staff and volunteers attending the Inspiring Leaders course:
