Who Manages 'LeadChange'?
'LeadChange' is coordinated by a social enterprise called MISPA, that brings together expertise in measuring the positive impact postive activity can have on communities.
It has been in operation for more than 11 years and maintained a reputation for influencing public policy, generating evidence and supporting practitioners. For more information view our history.
Our style of working is built upon our values and focuses upon identifying partners to can benefit from advice and support to help solve practical problems connected to the delivery of sport and physical activity in the community.
We have particular interests in areas such as: public health, education, self esteem, volunteering, leadership, and organisational management. Our projects page offers a conprehensive history of our recent work.
Our activities include conducting evaluation, research, consultancy, training and networking. Working to a core set of values MISPA manages, at any one time, projects with partners in the public, private and voluntary sectors.
