MISPA invests significant time and resources into evaluating its activities and collating evidence of impact and benefit. We have listed below some recent case studies of participants from our Inspiring Leaders programme and feedback generated from participants.

Throughout any activity MISPA constantly seek different opportunities for gathering feedback from participants and clients:

 

100% of participants declared that their confidence had increased through participating on Inspiring Leaders on Oldham 2009, Lancashire 2009/10 and Manchester 2010

 

100% of participants on Oldham 2009 declared their performance as a leader had improved through participating on Inspiring Leaders

Leadership Questionnaire

During 2009, MISPA developed a bespoke questionnaire to measure the self-perception of programme participants had of their leadership capabilities. This survey is collected before, at the end and 3-months after Inspiring Leaders has finished. To date it has shown that Inspiring Leaders makes a big impact on graduates:

 

In Lancashire 2009/10 the average response rate to the survey increased by 13% over the 7 day programme

 

In Manchester 2010 the average response rate to the survey increased by 16% over the 7 day programme
